Supports medical product sales across Southern California by developing customer relationships, converting competitive products, demonstrating surgical products to healthcare providers, assisting surgeons in operating rooms, managing customer questions and orders, maintaining inventory and equipment, and supporting product commercialization. Requires substantial travel, customer service, administrative coordination, and compliance with company and healthcare policies.

Provide technical leadership for database administration teams, lead advanced database design and performance optimization, manage resources in a matrix environment, ensure operational reliability and production support, and advise on backup, recovery, and implementation strategies.

Receive, inspect, and process clinical specimen shipments; perform QC on patient forms; manage long-term storage or disposition; maintain equipment and supplies; respond to alarms and perform administrative and safety-compliant tasks in accordance with company and regulatory procedures.
