The Clinical Research Associate will conduct monitoring visits, ensure compliance with study protocols, manage site communications, and support regulatory submissions and study management.

Receive, inspect, document, and store clinical specimens; perform quality checks and prepare shipments; support after-hours alarms, equipment maintenance, inventory, and administrative tasks while following SOPs and safety guidelines on a Tuesday–Saturday evening shift.

The Associate Director will secure and retain business through consultative sales activities, build customer relationships, and develop strategies to meet market demands.

Receive and inspect clinical specimen shipments, perform quality checks of patient forms, escalate issues, ensure proper disposal and secondary checks, assist with equipment maintenance, inventory, after-hours alarms, administrative tasks, and handle compounds following safety procedures.
