Develop and optimize flow cytometry assays and laboratory methods, troubleshoot technical issues, support validation and method transfers, and help scale laboratory operations. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, four years of assay or method development experience, two years of flow cytometry experience, immunology knowledge, and experience with validation, troubleshooting, and method transfer.

Receive and inspect clinical specimen shipments, perform quality checks of patient forms, escalate issues, ensure proper disposal and secondary checks, assist with equipment maintenance, inventory, after-hours alarms, administrative tasks, and handle compounds following safety procedures.
