The Clinical Research Associate will conduct monitoring visits, ensure compliance with study protocols, manage site communications, and support regulatory submissions and study management.

Develop, optimize, validate, and transfer flow cytometry assays and methods. Lead low-to-moderately complex technical projects, troubleshoot and optimize processes, support analytical testing delivery, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior staff while contributing to reports and scientific communications.

Provide technical leadership for database administration teams, lead advanced database design and performance optimization, manage resources in a matrix environment, ensure operational reliability and production support, and advise on backup, recovery, and implementation strategies.
