Lead Ipsen's oncology sales organization in the West (WA, OR, CA, NV): build regional business plans, manage a budget and a team of 8–10 reps, recruit/train/coach, meet sales targets, ensure compliance, partner on reimbursement/access strategies, engage KOLs/accounts, and use sales systems and analytics to drive growth.

Manages reimbursement and market access for Ipsen’s neuroscience therapies across the Southwest. Advises providers, payers, Medicare Administrative Contractors, and internal teams on coverage, coding, payment, utilization management, and patient access barriers. Supports launch readiness, competitive intelligence, payer policy analysis, provider education, and strategic growth initiatives. Requires extensive pharmaceutical reimbursement experience, substantial travel, and expertise with injectable or infused products.

Leads regional thought-leader engagement for Ipsen’s Neuroscience portfolio across the western United States. Builds relationships with key and emerging clinical leaders, generates market insights, drives brand advocacy, and executes advisory boards, congress plans, peer programs, and strategic initiatives. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Value & Access teams while maintaining regulatory compliance. The role requires substantial travel and expertise in pharmaceutical commercialization, neuroscience, and stakeholder engagement.
