Lead and manage Workday data conversion workstreams: coach junior consultants, design and deliver conversion approaches, coordinate with functional architects, handle data mapping and transformations across multiple workstreams, manage budget accountability, and contribute to internal business development and offerings.

Lead end-to-end sales for Invisors Workday services: develop territory plans, build pipeline, craft pursuit strategy, manage RFPs/proposals/pricing, coach pursuit teams, cultivate Workday and customer relationships, represent Invisors at events, and translate product knowledge into winning solutions.

Lead client requirements and design sessions, configure and deliver Workday Recruiting solutions, mentor junior consultants, and support project delivery. Collaborate with architects and leadership, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to internal process and team initiatives.
