Leads hospital consulting engagements to improve robotic surgery program implementation, operating room efficiency, staff training, cost containment, standardization, access management, and asset utilization. Partners with hospital executives, clinical teams, commercial groups, and cross-functional stakeholders; analyzes data, develops recommendations, manages complex initiatives, trains and mentors team members, supports product launches, and drives sustainable change adoption.

Supports adoption of Intuitive’s Ion endoluminal platform for lung biopsy by providing procedural support, training, first-case assistance, and clinical expertise. Partners with sales teams, physicians, and hospital staff to integrate systems, develop sustainable programs, support key opinion leaders, capture procedural data, and manage administrative responsibilities. Requires extensive travel and strong communication, sales, and program-development skills.
