Support the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of clean energy PPAs, BESS and gas tolls, pipeline transportation, storage, and gas supply contracts. Build counterparty relationships, manage ISDA and NAESB agreements, evaluate market opportunities, and partner with modeling and strategy teams to price transactions, assess risk, and develop financeable commercial structures for power and natural gas projects.

Leads planning and readiness for complex operational campaigns across utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage, and gas assets. Develops scopes, schedules, execution packages, outage plans, and project controls; coordinates engineering, operations, asset management, OEMs, contractors, and grid stakeholders. Manages warranty campaigns, commercial recovery documentation, technical records, safety requirements, and closeout data while identifying risks and supporting reliable, efficient fleet performance.

Lead technical design and optimization of energy storage systems. Collaborate across teams to ensure projects meet expectations and support energy storage PPA negotiations, while also enhancing engineering standards and tools.
