Maintains traveler records through departure, manages ticketing, exchanges, rerouting, fare rules, and itinerary details, and resolves travel-related issues. Uses Sabre, supports account procedures and documentation, assists fellow agents, and delivers highly accurate, personalized customer service in an onsite environment.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for Windows and macOS environments, including hardware, software, printers, telecommunications, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, and remote access tools. Handles help desk requests, troubleshooting, device imaging, onboarding, user administration, documentation, training materials, escalations, preventative maintenance, and process improvements. Requires occasional overnight travel, hybrid onsite work, after-hours support, and on-call participation.

Provides on-site administrative and customer support for a luxury travel office. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls, emails, calendars, office access, reception operations, seating, meetings, events, basic technical issues, compliance forms, and office moves. The role supports travel advisors, vendors, and customers while coordinating with facilities, helpdesk, and telecommunications teams.
