Provide Tier 2 technical support for Windows and Mac devices, software, printers, telecommunications, and remote users. Troubleshoot hardware, applications, VPN, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 issues; configure and maintain equipment; manage onboarding; document resolutions; create user guidance; coordinate with vendors; and participate in after-hours and on-call support. The hybrid role also involves process improvements, preventative maintenance, and occasional overnight travel.

Provide consultative corporate travel services for domestic and international air, car, and hotel reservations. Handle inbound corporate and government travel requests, follow client and federal travel policies, secure competitive rates, and deliver accurate, timely bookings. Maintain productivity, quality, and customer experience targets while supporting multiple accounts. Manages and grows relationships with Travel Leaders Network member agencies across a multi-state territory. Develops supplier sales and product utilization plans, visits agencies and events, presents member benefits, identifies growth opportunities, tracks territory performance, coordinates internal support, and reports activities in Salesforce. The role requires at least five years of sales or marketing experience or a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, account retention experience, and travel up to 35%.
