Develop and maintain a network of clinical externship sites and employer partners across California. Generate externship opportunities, manage employer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, align externship capacity with student demand, support extern-to-hire conversion, conduct site visits, document agreements, collaborate with campus teams, and represent the institution at community and healthcare events.

Administer the campus job placement program to support graduating students through employer outreach, career workshops, resume help, and interview preparation to ensure successful job transitions.

Perform HR compliance, auditing, and reporting for California and US employment laws. Track timekeeping and meal-period violations, prepare audit data, build dashboards and HR metrics, support HRIS, assist benefits/leave/workers' comp as backup, and provide training and responses for third-party/government reviews.
