Lead the campus Career Services department to achieve student job placement and extern-to-hire goals. Manage staff, budgets, externship programs, employer relations, and compliance with regulatory and accreditor standards. Develop and execute career services strategy, train and mentor staff, run professional development for students, coordinate advisory boards, and collaborate with campus departments to improve placement metrics and employer engagement.

The Web Developer will design, develop, and optimize web properties primarily using WordPress, support project coordination, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Develop and execute regional outreach and partnership strategies to drive enrollment for EMT and allied health programs. Build and manage relationships with workforce agencies, schools, and community organizations, coordinate events and presentations, analyze market and enrollment data, and collaborate with Admissions to convert referrals into enrollments.
