Develop and maintain a network of clinical externship sites and employer partners across California. Generate externship opportunities, manage employer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, align externship capacity with student demand, support extern-to-hire conversion, conduct site visits, document agreements, collaborate with campus teams, and represent the institution at community and healthcare events.

Administer the campus job placement program to support graduating students through employer outreach, career workshops, resume help, and interview preparation to ensure successful job transitions.

Perform HR compliance, auditing, and reporting for California and US employment laws. Track timekeeping and meal-period violations, prepare audit data, build dashboards and HR metrics, support HRIS, assist benefits/leave/workers' comp as backup, and provide training and responses for third-party/government reviews.

Administer the campus job placement program to support graduating students' transition to employment. Build employer relationships, conduct career-development workshops, assist with resume writing and interview preparation, and connect students with job opportunities.

The Payment Specialist will manage cash collections for loans, make collections calls, coordinate with agencies, and report on collection activities.

Develop and execute regional outreach and partnership strategies to drive enrollment for EMT and allied health programs. Build and manage relationships with workforce agencies, schools, and community organizations, coordinate events and presentations, analyze market and enrollment data, and collaborate with Admissions to convert referrals into enrollments.

Lead and manage the campus Career Services department to achieve student placement goals, develop employer and alumni relationships, oversee externship-to-hire strategies, train and mentor staff, manage budgets and metrics, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver professional development services supporting student career outcomes.
