Facilitate workshops, design solutions, configure voice and digital AI agents, integrate with CRMs via APIs/webhooks, author test plans and runbooks, support UAT and hypercare, and collaborate with product and engineering to scale Professional Services.

Lead procurement strategy and supplier selection for inbound products and services. Manage RFIs/RFPs, negotiate contracts with Legal, administer Coupa purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and apply AI/ML and reporting tools to optimize procurement processes while collaborating with cross-functional senior stakeholders.
