Supports corporate HR operations through employee communications, student work-study coordination, service awards, employee events, onboarding materials, sensitive case coordination, employment verifications, records management, and administrative support. Maintains HR communications, company swag, newsletters, mail distribution, and regulatory documentation while escalating issues appropriately and preserving confidentiality.

Supervise and support transit ambassadors who patrol buses and facilities, assist passengers, promote safety, observe and report concerns, complete activity logs, de-escalate conflicts, respond to incidents, and coordinate with transit staff and law enforcement partners.

Monitor security cameras, alarms, access control systems, and security applications across a large service territory. Assess and investigate threats, triage and escalate incidents, coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders, and support emergency response. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation while communicating with employees, security personnel, management, and the public in a fast-paced 24-hour operations center.
