Provide strategic legal support for commercial contracting during integration with GE HealthCare. Lead negotiation and drafting of complex technology agreements (SaaS, licensing, vendor, data/privacy agreements), standardize contract terms and playbooks, advise on HIPAA/privacy and IT security implications, serve as escalation point for deal issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to close deals and protect company interests.

Drive initial outbound prospecting to healthcare organizations, qualify leads through multi-channel outreach, engage decision-makers, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize lead qualification and meet revenue goals.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for radiology IT systems (PACS, RIS, VNA), ensure interoperability (DICOM, HL7, IHE), collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders, document resolutions, and participate in on-call rotation to minimize downtime and support clinical workflows.
