Owns enterprise HSE systems governance, optimization, workflow design, data quality, KPI definitions, reporting requirements, testing, implementations, and user adoption. Translates HSE and operational needs into scalable system configurations, process improvements, functional requirements, and governance standards. Leads cross-functional workstreams with HSE, IT, Business Intelligence, vendors, and business stakeholders while supporting enterprise HSE programs and system implementations.

Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for complex data center projects. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, field teams, and subcontractors; track progress against baselines; analyze critical paths, float, delays, and risks; conduct schedule updates and look-ahead reviews; recommend corrective actions; and prepare status reports and schedule-change documentation.

Internship program offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development across construction, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, data centers, field services, and skilled trades. Interns support real projects and build skills for early careers. Applicants should be pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree, graduating by Spring 2028, and available full-time during Summer 2027 or the Spring 2027 co-op period. Strong Excel, communication, organization, confidentiality, and time-management skills are required.
