Provide non-medical, in-home and community respite support to children with developmental disabilities: engage clients in activities, assist with daily living, transport clients, implement behavior plans, manage escalations, maintain safety, and complete documentation. Participate in required training and build relationships with families.

The Employment Specialist assists adults with developmental disabilities in gaining independence and community involvement through skills training, transportation support, and establishing community connections.

As a Behavior Interventionist, you will support children with developmental disabilities through one-on-one ABA therapy, implementing treatment plans, and encouraging skill development.
