The VP of Quality leads the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensures compliance with ISO 13485, collaborates with engineering on product quality, and develops a high-performing quality team.

Own strategic operator relationships for a healthtech senior-living platform: drive adoption, demonstrate ROI, secure renewals and expansions, lead executive business reviews, mentor CSMs/CSDs, and represent customer needs cross-functionally. Operate at both executive and operational levels with ~30% travel.

Lead and manage multiple hardware and software product implementations end-to-end: project planning, deployment execution, customer training, milestone delivery, cross-functional coordination, process optimization, and handoff to clinical success teams.
