Implements and supports Workday and custom HR software for clients. Responsibilities include consulting on HCM configurations, configuring and testing HR and payroll workflows, applying tax and attendance rules, planning projects, delivering customized training, resolving onboarding and data-conversion issues, managing training materials, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires HR/payroll process knowledge, systems integration or HRMS implementation experience, strong communication skills, and client-site travel.

Provides payroll administration and compliance support for middle-market clients across multiple states and localities. Responsibilities include client onboarding, payroll processing, data analysis, report review, regulatory compliance, client training, relationship management, issue resolution, process improvement, audit support, and mentoring payroll personnel. The role also participates in testing payroll enhancements, supports supervisors, and serves as a trusted payroll advisor.

Onboard new payroll clients, review and validate payroll data, input and balance payroll, ensure federal/state/local compliance, process payroll runs, generate and distribute payroll reports, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners to support retention and satisfaction.
