Serve as a trusted HR business partner managing a book of client accounts, advising on employee relations, compliance, benefits, wage-and-hour, performance management, investigations, workforce planning, training needs, and documenting client interactions to improve retention and organizational performance.

Execute and review payroll for small-to-medium clients, ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, process payroll runs, analyze and distribute payroll reports, troubleshoot and advise clients on payroll issues.

Sell Insperity's HR services and technology to small and midsize businesses through consultative, relationship-driven outreach. Identify prospects, call on owners virtually and in person, meet sales targets, complete bid paperwork, and facilitate new-client onboarding while building long-term residual income and partnerships.

Serve as trusted advisor for middle‑market clients' payroll: onboard and maintain clients, process and review payroll, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, troubleshoot issues, provide client training, mentor payroll staff, support audits and process improvements to drive client retention and service quality.
