Implements payroll and related services for new clients. Responsibilities include onboarding clients across multiple states, reviewing payroll data, entering and balancing payroll information, ensuring federal, state, and local compliance, processing payroll, analyzing reports, distributing results, and supporting client relationships. The role manages high volumes of small-to-medium-sized clients and serves as a trusted advisor to internal partners.

Provides strategic HR consulting and business partner support to client organizations. Advises leaders on employee relations, employment law, benefits, wage and hour matters, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, training, and policy interpretation. Manages client relationships, investigates complex employee issues, develops compliant HR solutions, supports retention and organizational effectiveness, and documents client interactions.

Leads benefits support for HR Scale clients, resolving complex issues, interpreting plan documents and policies, ensuring compliance with COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA and other regulations, educating clients and employees, supporting audits, and managing benefits projects. The role serves as a subject matter expert, mentors team members, collaborates with vendors and internal partners, analyzes benefits data, and recommends process improvements.

Process high-volume client payroll accurately and on time. Review, input, balance, and analyze payroll data and reports; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; troubleshoot issues; advise and educate clients; and build stakeholder partnerships that support client retention and growth.

Sell Insperity’s HR services and technology to small and midsized businesses. Build relationships with business owners and C-suite executives, develop referral networks, conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations, achieve management-defined sales goals, complete bid paperwork, and facilitate onboarding for new clients. The role offers training, mentorship, marketing support, uncapped commissions, and residual income.

Sell Insperity's HR services and technology to small and midsize businesses through consultative, relationship-driven outreach. Identify prospects, call on owners virtually and in person, meet sales targets, complete bid paperwork, and facilitate new-client onboarding while building long-term residual income and partnerships.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor for assigned multi-state clients, building senior relationships, advising on compliance, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and organizational strategy. Drive client retention and growth, analyze HR metrics, deliver training, collaborate with internal centers of excellence, lead projects, pilot tools, and support sales and client implementation efforts.
