Coordinate execution and delivery of creative assets for assigned campaigns; manage workflows, timelines, tickets, approvals, and quality control; serve as primary liaison between brand teams, designers, and editors; lead project communications, kickoff meetings, and stakeholder check-ins; maintain organized documentation and support onboarding; may attend onsite events and resolve scope or bandwidth issues.

Assist in developing designs and resizing media for Insomniac Clubs projects while collaborating with design and marketing teams.

The Producer for Concerts will lead the planning and execution of concerts, manage team operations, vendor relations, budget management, and ensure event safety and quality standards. Frequent travel required.
