Manages the Design department’s creative project workflow, including intake, prioritization, staffing, scheduling, stakeholder communication, approvals, QA, and final delivery. The role oversees high-volume creative projects and asset production across internal designers and external partners, maintains project documentation and Asana workflows, identifies risks and resource constraints, and improves creative operations processes. Supports event and business deadlines, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.

Plans and executes VIP elevated experiences across multiple festivals and events. Manages furniture rentals, warehouse pull sheets, documentation, purchasing trackers, site advancing, credentials, vendors, signage, and on-site operations. Coordinates with VIP, creative, logistics, and production teams to meet schedules and maintain guest experience standards. Supports load-in, show days, and load-out while improving processes and documentation. Requires frequent travel, evening, weekend, and holiday work.

Creates multimedia graphics, illustrations, print materials, branding assets, and digital visuals for Insomniac marketing campaigns. Develops print-ready layouts, maintains brand consistency, manages design projects, collaborates with creative and cross-functional teams, incorporates feedback, and organizes design files. The role also involves retouching, resizing, color adjustments, visual storytelling, and occasional event travel, including evening, weekend, and holiday work.
