Lead scientific and business development connecting Insightec's BBB-opening focused ultrasound platform to neuro-biotech partners. Drive scientific due diligence, translational roadmaps, KOL engagement, IP and deal structuring, partnership negotiations, pipeline management, and cross-functional integration to advance preclinical to early clinical programs.

Serve as clinical and strategic partner to hospitals and physicians to build, implement, and sustain MRgFUS programs. Support patient selection, optimize workflows, develop account plans, lead internal teams, maintain documentation, and engage executive stakeholders to expand patient access and program success. Requires strong clinical credibility and program development experience.

Lead global medical device clinical trials from start-up through closeout, ensuring GCP/ISO/FDA compliance; author protocols and regulatory documents; manage CROs, vendors, safety/DSMB oversight, data lock and reporting; partner with R&D/Regulatory/Quality; implement SOPs, mentor clinical PMs, and support regulatory submissions and publications. Travel up to 35%.
