The Associate Director manages PM teams and oversees complex brand projects, focusing on strategy, financials, resources, and team development.

Lead end-to-end project delivery for pharmaceutical marketing accounts, managing timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Maintain PM systems, run production meetings, prepare med/legal submissions, drive process improvements, mentor assistant PMs, and produce status and budget reports to ensure quality and on-time, on-budget execution.
