Supports the payer and IPA contracting lifecycle by coordinating contract requests, amendments, renewals, documentation, signatures, and implementation. Maintains contract records, trackers, deadlines, fee schedules, and payer-required materials. Coordinates with credentialing, finance, legal, revenue cycle, and operations teams; follows up with California IPAs, medical groups, and health plans; assists with resolving reimbursement and payer setup issues; prepares reports; and supports audits and workflow improvements.

Handles timely submission, follow-up, documentation, and approval of patient prior authorizations. Reviews supporting information, assists with medical necessity documentation and appeals, communicates with insurers and stakeholders, records authorization details, monitors expiring approvals, and supports patient care operations while complying with organizational and legal standards.

Manage the full lifecycle of payer, IPA, and medical group contracts, including evaluation, negotiation, implementation, renewal, and performance monitoring. Analyze reimbursement rates and financial terms, develop models, support underpayment and claims issue resolution, and translate contract requirements into operational workflows. Partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Legal, Operations, Credentialing, and Business Development while monitoring California managed care trends and supporting expansion into new markets and service lines.

Own day-to-day cybersecurity, identity and access hygiene, compliance readiness, and infrastructure security across a multi-site healthcare environment. Administer Microsoft security tools, MFA, Conditional Access, SIEM, email protection, patching, backups, firewalls, and network controls. Lead SOC 2 evidence collection, security reporting, remediation tracking, third-party access reviews, and audit preparation. Direct and verify outsourced IT and offshore resources, enforce SLAs, supervise network work, and communicate risks to nontechnical leaders.

Manages incoming lockbox mail, banking documents, faxes, payment correspondence, and RCM communications. Downloads, verifies, processes, and distributes lockbox batches within 48 hours, handles payment processing and certified mail, maintains electronic records, and supports Revenue Cycle operations while protecting confidential patient and financial information.
