Analyze customer business needs, design and implement PeopleSoft/ERP HR systems, document business processes, develop change management plans, liaise between users and technical teams, support and test system upgrades and maintenance.

Develop and maintain C#/.NET applications. Requires 5+ years C# experience plus knowledge of C/C++, VB, ActiveX, COM objects, and IPC. MATLAB experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and a relevant bachelor's degree required.

Gather and analyze customer requirements, define business processes, plan and support PeopleSoft HCM implementations and upgrades, create queries and SQL reports, coordinate testing, and provide ongoing system support and change management.
