Perform complex actuarial analyses and TCOC modeling on healthcare claims, maintain savings/ROI methodologies, generate client insights, automate reporting and dashboards, write and review code, and document methodologies for cross-functional stakeholders.

Design, deliver, and measure GTM enablement programs for Growth and Client teams. Build onboarding and role-specific curriculum, manage enablement content and LMS, partner cross-functionally, drive applied learning and certifications, and use data to optimize programs and report impact. Project-manage initiatives end-to-end.

The Data Scientist II will drive insights, develop models, and analyze product experiments to inform business decisions and improve member experiences in healthcare.
