Design patient-specific TMJ implants using CAD and CT-based anatomical models. Prepare manufacturing drawings, design review packages, and surgeon approval schematics; collaborate with surgeons, clinical specialists, manufacturing, customer service, and field teams to meet patient-specific requirements, support production readiness, maintain documentation, and meet case turnaround timelines.

Supports New Product Development teams and the Project Management Office with governance, portfolio execution, data entry, metrics, resource analysis, trend reporting, and workflow improvements. The intern collaborates cross-functionally with program, project, and portfolio managers, documents processes, presents findings, and helps improve execution speed.

Leads the design, development, testing, verification, and integration of complex electro-mechanical medical device systems. Drives architecture decisions, prototyping, technical problem-solving, regulatory compliance, and product commercialization while mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional teams. Partners with clinical, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and marketing stakeholders to translate user needs into innovative, reliable, manufacturable products.
