Provides comprehensive administrative support to Peripheral Vascular Division executives, including complex calendar and travel management, expense reporting, procurement, meeting and event coordination, executive communications, document preparation, vendor relationships, and special projects. The role requires discretion, initiative, strong organization, independent judgment, and effective collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders in a hybrid global business environment.

Leads structural mechanical design and development of complex catheter-based thrombectomy device components. Owns prototyping, testing, technical evaluations, design verification, validation, risk assessments, and design transfer. Serves as a subject matter expert in nitinol and metallic-alloy components, makes technical trade-off decisions, supports manufacturing integration, and mentors engineers. Collaborates with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and Project Management teams throughout regulated medical device product development.

Provides strategic legal counsel to Stryker’s Peripheral Vascular division. Drafts, negotiates, and manages complex commercial agreements; advises business leaders on legal, compliance, regulatory, and operational matters; reviews marketing materials; supports business transformation, integrations, and strategic initiatives; and partners with sales, finance, operations, and other stakeholders in a highly regulated medical-device environment.

Develops and improves medical device manufacturing processes, supports product transfers and launch readiness, designs tooling and test methods, creates technical documentation, analyzes process data, troubleshoots production issues, and trains manufacturing personnel in a regulated environment.

Design patient-specific TMJ implants using CAD and CT-based anatomical models. Prepare manufacturing drawings, design review packages, and surgeon approval schematics; collaborate with surgeons, clinical specialists, manufacturing, customer service, and field teams to meet patient-specific requirements, support production readiness, maintain documentation, and meet case turnaround timelines.

Supports New Product Development teams and the Project Management Office with governance, portfolio execution, data entry, metrics, resource analysis, trend reporting, and workflow improvements. The intern collaborates cross-functionally with program, project, and portfolio managers, documents processes, presents findings, and helps improve execution speed.

Leads the design, development, testing, verification, and integration of complex electro-mechanical medical device systems. Drives architecture decisions, prototyping, technical problem-solving, regulatory compliance, and product commercialization while mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional teams. Partners with clinical, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and marketing stakeholders to translate user needs into innovative, reliable, manufacturable products.

Creates 24-month supply and production plans, capacity plans, inventory targets, and safety stock strategies. Partners with manufacturing, procurement, finance, quality, engineering, and IBP teams to execute plans, mitigate supply risks, and improve service levels, capacity utilization, inventory performance, and backorder results. Maintains ERP planning data, tracks KPIs, analyzes performance gaps, and drives corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Manage supply planning across complex product portfolios and multiple sites over a 24-month horizon. Develop resource and capacity plans, identify risks, optimize inventory and safety stock, monitor execution, and coordinate production and purchasing teams. Partner cross-functionally on demand alignment, launches, phase-outs, master data, and process improvements. Analyze performance metrics, implement corrective actions, lead strategic initiatives, and coach supply planners.
