Scope customer opportunities, analyze plant time-series data, develop and validate process models, commission closed-loop optimizers, train operators, troubleshoot deployed models, and support plant-system integrations. The role also leads technical customer relationships, manages implementation projects, documents workflows, and channels field feedback to product and R&D teams.
