Serve as a product expert for impact.com, manage assigned accounts with proactive monitoring and regular check-ins, deliver training and reactive product support, build client relationships, escalate technical issues, and drive successful affiliate/partnership marketing campaigns.

Manage enterprise client relationships to drive retention and growth. Develop strategic account plans, build successful marketing campaigns using the platform, deliver proactive and reactive support, conduct executive reviews, monitor accounts, identify upsell opportunities with Sales, provide training and product support, and delegate technical issues as needed.

Manage and support enterprise accounts by providing product expertise, proactive account monitoring, regular check-ins, training, and relationship building. Resolve issues, escalate technical problems, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize clients' marketing campaigns and drive success.
