Coordinate in-home and on-site clinical operations across Los Angeles. Responsibilities include transporting, setting up, calibrating, troubleshooting, and tracking medical equipment; managing schedules, supplies, specimens, and logistics; coordinating clinicians and members; and ensuring visits run smoothly. The role requires a clinical background, strong organization, proactive problem-solving, driving throughout Los Angeles, flexible availability, and the ability to lift and transport equipment.

Provides high-touch telemedicine and concierge longevity care, interpreting genomic, laboratory, imaging, and wearable data to create personalized health protocols. Manages a focused patient cohort longitudinally, collaborates with coaches and dietitians, and contributes clinical expertise to product, engineering, growth, and AI initiatives. The role also develops scalable clinical workflows while maintaining highly personalized care.

Build and lead Kate’s short-form social strategy across Instagram and other channels. Own content strategy, storytelling, growth, calendars, workflows, analytics, and publishing cadence. Direct creators and editors, hire and develop the content team, translate complex women’s health and longevity topics into accessible storytelling, and partner with leadership on creative direction.
