Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications across front-end and back-end systems. Build APIs, manage databases, implement security practices, troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, document disaster and succession plans, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers. The role also involves testing, technical documentation, and evaluating emerging technologies to improve product development.

Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, AWS infrastructure, Terraform resources, monitoring, and incident response for the SportsRecruits platform. Troubleshoot application, database, and distributed-system performance issues; maintain development and QA environments; collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and security teams; and implement automation, observability, scalability, and AI-assisted monitoring improvements.

Conduct 80–100+ outbound calls daily to student-athletes and families, educate them about college recruiting and development programs, qualify prospects, schedule consultations, document interactions in CRM tools, follow up with clients, and achieve sales goals. The role requires strong communication, motivation, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and an interest in supporting student-athletes.
