Manages specialty visual communications projects from concept through delivery, including theatrical displays, 3D billboards, fabrication, and experiential work. Coordinates creative, engineering, production, vendors, logistics, purchasing, and accounting to maintain brand integrity, quality, timelines, and budgets. Oversees technical specifications, materials, outsourcing, press checks, shipping, billing, and client communications.

Creates adaptive layouts, templates, production mechanicals, retouched assets, and final files for print and digital delivery. Collaborates with creative account managers and client accounts to review comp files, support production workflows, and ensure projects meet expectations efficiently. Requires strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, design-tool knowledge, communication, teamwork, independence, and comfort working under deadlines.
