Lead Illumio’s partner sales strategy across the United States and Canada. Manage Partner Account Managers, drive channel revenue and pipeline growth, forecast performance, develop strategic partnerships, conduct executive-level business reviews, and establish rigorous operating cadences and performance metrics. Hire, coach, retain, and develop high-performing sales talent while collaborating cross-functionally to maximize partner effectiveness and business results.

Owns configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, integrations, reporting, testing, and production support for Workday HRIS across global HR processes. Partners with HR, Finance, Benefits, and IT on workflows, compensation, enrollment, compliance, data issues, and system enhancements. Provides stakeholder consultation, documentation, training, change management, and peer guidance while maintaining integrations through EIB, Cloud Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
