Lead IT operations and business systems strategy, governance, and execution for a growing company. Oversee enterprise systems (ERP/HRIS/CRM), integrations (EDI/3PL), infrastructure, security/compliance (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA), vendor/MSP management, data governance, business continuity, budgeting, and cross-functional projects while driving adoption of AI tools and improving service delivery.

Drive in-store sales and execute events; train and educate store teams on products and selling techniques; manage store visit calendar, track event impact, report results, and collaborate with store leadership to grow brand presence and client loyalty.

Manage inventory and cost accounting including month-end close, reconciliations (ERP/3PL/GL), landed cost tracking, cost updates, cycle counts, variance analysis, journal entries, SOX readiness, and process improvements using AI and automation while partnering with Supply Chain and Operations.
