Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales, finance, legal, suppliers, and customers. Guide smart card, hardware authenticator, PKI, FIDO2, access-control, cryptography, and credential-management initiatives while ensuring security, privacy, interoperability, regulatory, and certification requirements. Support discovery, business cases, product documentation, customer presentations, proposals, and post-launch improvements.

Leads proposal management teams supporting state and local government opportunities. Oversees proposal lifecycle strategy, processes, compliance, reviews, resource planning, performance metrics, and continuous improvement. Partners with capture, business development, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to deliver timely, compelling, customer-focused submissions. Develops team capability and promotes collaboration, accountability, quality, and operational excellence across the proposal organization.

Leads finance for a $200 million Enrollment & Verification business, overseeing FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, close activities, audits, controls, and business partnering. Provides executive insights on profitability, pricing, investments, and performance while improving processes and reporting. Manages and develops a finance team of 7–9 direct reports and supports strategic decision-making across the organization.
