Recruit, onboard, activate, and grow affiliates, creators, influencers, and brand advocates across social platforms. Manage partner pipelines, onboarding, campaign execution, product seeding, tracking, and reporting to drive acquisition and revenue. Coordinate with Brand, Ecommerce, Retail, and PR teams to support launches and retail initiatives while optimizing partner performance.

Provide executive support to the SVP across partnerships, communications, retail, and operations. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage projects, prepare executive materials, handle partner relationships, track partnership performance, and drive process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and operational efficiency.
