Provides commercial legal counsel for a medical device company, including drafting and negotiating contracts, developing templates, advising business teams, managing legal risks and disputes, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with healthcare, regulatory, and commercial laws across North and South America.

Leads mechanical product design and development for medical devices from concept through commercialization. Responsibilities include applying design controls, risk management, medical device standards, plastics and polymer engineering, injection molding, SolidWorks modeling, DOE, and reliability analysis. The role collaborates with clinicians, customers, suppliers, research groups, marketing, and commercial teams while supporting product lifecycle improvements and resolving technical issues.

Build and maintain ICU Medical’s alternate-site business across a territory by developing customer and distribution-partner relationships, achieving revenue objectives, conducting product demonstrations and implementations, and providing post-sale education. The role requires clinical and technical product knowledge, competitive positioning, territory growth, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams. It is remote and field-based, requiring more than 50% travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekend or evening work.
