Support medical device consumable development by applying QMS and risk-management tools, performing design reviews, CAPA investigations, DHF maintenance, audit support, and cross-functional quality activities to ensure regulatory compliance and product quality.

Leads global Operations Improvement, Operational Excellence, and Operations Systems teams. Identifies and prioritizes performance gaps, drives root-cause problem solving, implements measurable improvements, and standardizes successful practices across plants and functions. Partners with IT to translate operational needs into system enhancements, automation, and integrations. Builds improvement capabilities through training, coaching, and structured methods while aligning resources to strategic priorities and sustaining results across multiple sites and regions.

Build and maintain hospital stakeholder relationships, meet territory sales quotas, present and demonstrate infusion therapy and medical device products, provide clinical and consultative product expertise, support customer communications, and coordinate with sales teams. The field-based role requires a bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, customer-site credentialing, and travel of approximately 25%.
