The On-Call Biologist conducts field surveys, compliance monitoring, and supports biological assessments while communicating with project managers and clients.

Support demand-side management teams by collecting, compiling, and standardizing energy efficiency and electrification program data, maintaining program databases, generating CPUC and client reports, presenting findings to senior management, and coordinating responses to evaluators and stakeholders. Assist with measure calculations, report reviews, and implementation of regulatory guidance.

Lead the design and execution of high-voltage substation projects, ensuring compliance with industry codes and mentoring junior engineers while managing multiple projects.
