Leads financial management and systems support for federally funded CDBG disaster recovery programs. Responsibilities include analyzing Dynamics 365 processes, defining requirements, improving workflows, validating reports and data, supporting reconciliations and payment reviews, developing documentation and training, coordinating testing, and identifying control or process risks. The role collaborates with government clients, grantees, technical teams, finance staff, and program leaders in a fully remote environment with minimal travel.

Develops strategic relationships with public agencies to advance energy efficiency retrofits, infrastructure upgrades, electrification, and resiliency projects. Leads consultative selling, prospecting, pipeline development, stakeholder alignment, account strategy, forecasting, and opportunity execution across complex public-sector sales cycles. Coordinates technical resources, contractors, and partners while helping agencies prioritize projects, budgets, procurement, and implementation. Requires 25–40% travel throughout California.
