Assembles, integrates, and tests spacecraft systems and subsystems. Responsibilities include electrical board modifications, mechanical integration, satellite testing, data and root cause analysis, system verification, environmental and pre-launch testing, documentation, and training. The role supports launch campaigns and requires occasional domestic or international travel.

Leads RF hardware engineering for SAR payloads and spacecraft, including architecture, antenna arrays, radar, communications hardware, requirements, testing, verification, and lifecycle execution. Manages and develops a multidisciplinary engineering team, establishes RF engineering standards, coordinates cross-functional hardware and software design, and serves as the technical authority through design reviews and flight readiness.

Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems. Design observability, monitoring, alerting, and automation solutions using AWS, Kubernetes, Datadog, and related tools. Define and operate SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets; lead incident response and blameless post-incident reviews; improve on-call practices; partner with engineering teams to embed reliability into development; and mentor engineers on SRE principles.
