Build and lead Hybron's corporate finance function, including FP&A, accounting operations, monthly close, budgeting, cash flow management, financial controls, government contract accounting, and financial reporting. Support pricing, contract negotiations, unit economics, fundraising, audits, and investor reporting while partnering with engineering, operations, and leadership. Over time, own long-range forecasting, capital strategy, board materials, and finance team growth.

Own and build Hybron’s recruiting and talent function, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, headcount planning, compensation structures, recruiting processes, and hiring-manager partnership. The role also supports HR, operations, employer branding, and culture initiatives. As the company scales, the Director of Talent will build and lead a recruiting team and contribute to workforce planning, organization design, and the broader People roadmap.

Performs end-to-end CNC machining of high-precision molds and prototype components, including CAM programming, machine setup, tooling selection, and optimization. Collaborates with engineering to improve manufacturability, manages materials and tooling operations, maintains shop equipment, and develops CAM templates and fixturing methods. The role supports composite and metal machining in an in-person, high-accountability manufacturing environment.
