Lead day-to-day production and packaging operations at the Los Angeles chemical facility, ensuring EHS and quality compliance, driving continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/DMAIC), managing staff and schedules, supporting supply chain delivery, and overseeing process safety, RCRA handling, and operational performance (OEE).

The HR & Site Operations Specialist will support HR processes, maintain employee records, assist with payroll and onboarding, and coordinate site activities, developing into broader HR responsibilities.

Package, label, verify, and prepare specialty chemical products for shipment following EHS and regulatory (DOT, IMDG, IATA) requirements. Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment, complete batch and shipping documentation, support inventory and quality checks, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Logistics. Work first or second shift with possible overtime.
