Support local business growth by monitoring merchant performance, user growth, orders, and customer experience. Coordinate with merchant partners and internal Marketing and Delivery teams, identify local market opportunities, recommend practical improvements, follow up on initiatives, and share market feedback and customer insights. The part-time role requires fluent Mandarin, strong communication, organization, data awareness, and a customer-focused approach.

Develop new restaurant and retail merchant partnerships through local field visits, guide prospects through onboarding, maintain merchant relationships, resolve operational issues, analyze order and GMV performance, coordinate promotions, update merchant information, and share market insights. The role requires fluent Mandarin, strong communication and coordination skills, and a willingness to conduct in-person merchant visits.
