The Partner Account Manager develops and amplifies referral relationships with partners, builds strategic networks, manages accounts, and resolves partnership issues.

Manage and optimize intraday staffing and schedules for Customer Success teams. Produce forecasts, monitor phone/chat/case queues, adjust staffing in real time, drive SLA attainment, run trend analysis, develop dashboards and reports, coordinate cross-team contingency support, and communicate staffing risks and recommendations to leadership.

Lead sourcing, structuring, and closing high-value partnerships across payroll, brokers, PEOs, financial institutions, and embedded fintech. Own partnership strategy, commercial negotiation, cross-functional integration, initial activation and handoff, and executive reporting to drive measurable revenue and scale distribution of Human Interest's retirement platform.
