Manages employee benefits accounts independently, overseeing client service, renewals, eligibility, claims, billing, plan implementation, compliance notices, carrier marketing, and benefit administration systems. Analyzes plans, prepares quotes and presentations, develops benefits strategies, resolves service issues, maintains accurate records, and advises clients on industry changes. The role also mentors junior account staff, supports vendor and carrier implementations, and ensures contracts, disclosures, and legal documentation are accurate.

Supports commercial insurance account servicing, including certificates of insurance, policy changes, payments, renewals, carrier marketing, premium financing, quotes, proposals, audits, and client inquiries. Maintains accurate account documentation and system records while meeting production and service standards. Provides courteous support to insureds, carriers, underwriters, business partners, and internal account management teams.

Supports commercial insurance account management by responding to client inquiries, processing certificates and policy changes, preparing renewals, quotes, and proposals, coordinating premium financing and collections, auditing policies for accuracy, maintaining account records, and assisting with carrier marketing. The role requires meeting service and production standards while providing professional support to clients, carriers, underwriters, and internal teams.
