Manages commercial insurance accounts and end-to-end account service, including carrier marketing, quotes, proposals, renewals, policy changes, client presentations, premium financing, collections, and account documentation. Resolves escalated client issues, reviews policies and endorsements for accuracy, and maintains effective relationships with clients, producers, and insurance carriers.

Supports retirement planning through data integration, reporting, analytics, and client presentation preparation. The Analyst prepares reports on plan participation, performance, and costs; assists with client and prospect presentations; participates in client meetings and report deliveries; and handles ad hoc analytical projects requiring accuracy, organization, and strong communication.

Manage commercial insurance account servicing, including carrier marketing, quotes and proposals, policy and endorsement accuracy checks, premium financing coordination, and premium collection. Build effective relationships with clients and insurance carriers. Requires at least two years of related insurance experience, licensing or willingness to obtain it, Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency, and fluent Korean bilingual skills.
