Manage a book of personal-lines insurance accounts, serve as client primary contact, handle policy transactions, retention, and cross-selling. Liaise with carriers and underwriters, resolve service/claims issues, prepare reviews and reports, and support less experienced staff while maintaining accurate account records and meeting production goals.

Provide strategic risk consulting to a book of clients across manufacturing, construction, distribution and transportation. Lead risk assessments, audits, and loss analysis; develop and implement customized risk control service plans; manage client relationships and retention; support new business and practice development; oversee carrier and vendor interactions. Travel approximately 25% and produce high-quality written deliverables and training.

Perform benefits data analysis, renewal analysis, benchmarking, and contribution modeling; manage market analysis and carrier/vendor bids; prepare client-ready reports, templates, and presentations; ensure data accuracy and support plan change tracking and rate negotiations while collaborating with account teams and carriers.
