Lead and manage all terminal operations including productivity, safety, CSA performance, cost and asset management. Create and implement annual business plans and strategies, review monthly results, support customer relationships, enforce compliance with company policies and DOT regulations, develop staff, and lead special projects to drive service, retention, and operational performance.

Lead development and advancement of complex, customer-specific supply chain solutions. Engage customers to gather requirements, design tailored solutions, build pricing and proposals with Finance, support RFPs, coordinate cross-functionally for execution readiness, and pursue opportunity expansion and margin growth. Participate in customer meetings and site visits as needed.

Lead origination and closure of large, complex supply‑chain sales pursuits. Design and sell integrated, customized solutions, develop executive relationships, create pricing and commercial strategies, manage negotiations, forecast pipeline in CRM, and represent the company at industry events. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute profitable, multi‑site deals.
