Lead and manage all terminal operations including productivity, safety, CSA performance, cost and asset management. Create and implement annual business plans and strategies, review monthly results, support customer relationships, enforce compliance with company policies and DOT regulations, develop staff, and lead special projects to drive service, retention, and operational performance.

Lead solution-selling efforts for assigned customers by designing tailored offerings, preparing proposals and pricing, supporting RFPs, and collaborating cross-functionally to close complex, scalable supply‑chain and managed services deals. Engage customers, track opportunities, and expand volume and margin while staying current on industry trends.

Lead origination and close of large, complex supply‑chain solutions for enterprise customers. Shape solution strategy, pricing, and deal structure; manage cross‑functional stakeholders, maintain pipeline/CRM, develop executive relationships, and represent the company at industry events. Travel up to 50%.
