Own the product definition, vision, roadmap, and cross-platform experience for HyperX Instant Pair connectivity across notebooks, PCs, Xbox, PlayStation, and other ecosystems. Partner with UX, design, software, engineering, notebook teams, platform alliances, and external partners to define pairing, recovery, multi-device, compatibility, firmware, and in-app experiences.

Conducts primary and secondary consumer and market research, competitive intelligence, market sizing, trend analysis, and customer insights projects. Maintains research databases, ensures data quality, tracks metrics and budgets, and prepares executive-ready reports and recommendations. Partners globally and cross-functionally to translate quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable business and strategic planning insights, particularly for gaming peripherals and consumer technology.

Leads industrial design for gaming and lifestyle products from concept through mass production. Responsibilities include sketching, CAD, 2D/3D rendering, design research, CMF and ergonomic studies, prototyping, documentation, stakeholder presentations, and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, UX, product management, and marketing. The role also advances HyperX’s design language, mentors designers, and ensures products are compelling, usable, and manufacturable.
