Lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for personal-lines underwriting and rating platforms. Elicit and document requirements, prioritize backlog, drive Agile/SAFe delivery, collaborate with underwriting and engineering, validate solutions through UAT, and apply process-improvement methods to increase efficiency and rating accuracy.

The Marketing Associate will manage marketing strategy, create client-facing materials, support sales enablement, and coordinate events for Howden Private Capital.

Provide administrative and customer-facing support to underwriting team: handle inquiries, set up electronic files, prepare correspondence, process policies/endorsements/binders within authority, follow up on subjectivities, and assist with renewals and new business.
