The Sr. Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through relationship management, operational oversight, and driving financial growth in pharmacy services.

Own and scale corporate IT systems including Windows/macOS endpoints, MDM, identity (Okta, Google Workspace), SaaS administration, automation (PowerShell/Bash/Python/APIs), onboarding/offboarding, endpoint security, and audit readiness. Troubleshoot complex issues, build runbooks, and partner with Security, Engineering, People, and Operations to operationalize repeatable, compliant IT processes.

Manage the sales process for pharmacy and analytics software solutions, achieve sales goals, develop client relationships, and handle contract negotiations.
